Architecture of author
The property and landscaping have been created by the architect Sergi Bastidas, Rafael Manzano Award for New Traditional Architecture and author of several well-known works such as Rialto Living, Can Ferrereta, Hotel in Santanyi, Finca Serena, among many others. Sergi Bastidas has worked mainly in Mallorca, both in new construction and rehabilitation, always trying to use traditional materials and techniques with a special interest in integrating in his buildings the identity of the places they belong to.
The buildings he designs seem to merge with the territory in which they are located, thanks to his attention to topography, climate, materials and local building traditions, the way the site, vegetation and landscape have been used historically. That is why he is a great advocate of the most natural and sustainable building materials, those that also bring warmth and humanity to his works: stone, lime, wood, cane, etc.

The project
Of impressive dimensions, the country house is segregated into two buildings for use as main living and guest area, separated by a courtyard of timeless elegance with a fountain, with a plot of 3.5 ha and a total interior of approx. 1.100 m2.
This large estate exudes exclusivity, grandeur and sublime quality of life. The property has seven bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two kitchens (one of them professional), wine cellar, cinema, gym and SPA. The exterior of the estate has an impressive landscaping project, which includes a large area of its own vineyards, palm trees, olive trees and all kinds of vegetation that will make this estate an authentic Mediterranean jewel.
License and delivery time
The project is licensed and construction began in april 2023, with an expected duration of 19 months.
Winery and vineyard
The estate has 1.6 hectares of Merlot vineyards and, due to the 300 days of sunshine a year that this area of the island receives and the type of soil in which it is located, the maximum quality of the final product is guaranteed.
In addition, and to the buyer’s liking, it is important to emphasize that the adjoining estates, with similar plot and vineyard areas, have developed a common project to produce a joint wine, blending the different types of grapes for two uses: small-scale commercialization and own consumption.
The construction of the house will feature an impressive wine cellar design, once again blending the traditional with the modern, where you can impress your loved ones and enjoy one of life’s greatest pleasures: wine. This winery will have, on the one hand, a cellar with a capacity for 1,000 bottles with a warm space for wine tasting and, on the other hand, a dining room where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with yours.
